At Vape Source Australia, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless with fast, reliable, and fully tracked shipping across all Australian states and territories. Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST/AEDT on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day; those placed after cut-off, on weekends, or public holidays ship the next business day.
We use Australia Post Express and premium couriers to ensure timely delivery: metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide) typically receive packages within 1–3 business days, while regional and remote locations may take 3–7+ business days depending on carrier schedules. Standard shipping is a flat $14.95 AUD, with free shipping on all orders over $120 (excluding taxes and discounts). Please note that all vape products are classified as age-restricted goods delivery requires an adult signature (18+), and we cannot ship to PO Boxes or unattended locations. If a package is returned due to failed delivery (e.g., no adult present, incorrect address), a $15 restocking fee applies, and refunds will exclude original shipping costs.
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of vaping products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, opened items, used devices, or customer errors (e.g., wrong flavour selected). However, we stand behind our quality: if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/video evidence. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.
All returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with intact warranty seals. Proof of purchase is required, and only items bought directly from Vape Source Australia are eligible. For defective devices covered under manufacturer warranty (e.g., pod systems, mods), we facilitate claims with the brand on your behalf. Please allow 5–7 business days for refund processing once approved. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, which comply with Australian Consumer Law and industry best practices for vape retailers.
